The £39 report tells you what happened. The £99 report tells you why, and what to do about it. That difference is the whole sixty pounds. Start at £39 if you want your month read properly for the first time. Start at £99 if you already know the account is drifting and you want the diagnosis. Read this before you buy

Two things have to be true, or we can’t run your report.

Instagram decides what it hands over, and it’s strict. If any of these isn’t true of your account, there’s no report we can produce. So please confirm both before you pay.

My Instagram is a Business or Creator account, not a personal one. Instagram gives out no post level data at all for personal accounts. Switching is free and takes about a minute in your settings. I have 1,000 followers or more. Below a thousand, Instagram holds back the per post insights these reports are built on.

One extra thing, and it applies to the £99 Action Plan only. That report works by sorting your posts into groups and comparing them, so it needs at least 12 posts in the last 90 days. Below twelve there is nothing to compare and we refuse the order and refund you rather than send you something thin. The £39 Health Check has no post requirement, so if you post less often that is the one to buy.

What connecting actually does. After you pay we email you a link. You press the connect button in that email whenever it suits you, sign in to your own Instagram and approve access. There is no window to catch: the secure connection is created at the moment you press it. All that access can do is read your Instagram Insights. It can’t post, message, follow, read your DMs or change a single thing on your account, and we disconnect ourselves the moment your report is sent.

Both reports are produced automatically and usually land within the hour of you connecting. Either way it’s yours to keep, it opens on any device, and you can send it to a brand exactly as it is.

The honest small print

We read your account. We don’t run it. No posting, no captions, no messages, no follows, and the access we ask for is read only. We disconnect ourselves as soon as your report is sent. The permission you gave is revoked automatically at delivery, so the connection cannot be reused and cannot generate another report. Buying again means connecting again. We keep the data already pulled, so a re-send or a correction never needs you to reconnect.
You never give us your Instagram password. You log in to Instagram yourself, on Instagram, and all we get is permission to read your Insights. We never see your password and couldn’t use it if we did.
The connection link is only sent after payment, and it’s unique to you. If you don’t approve it, there’s nothing we can produce.
Instagram’s own figures keep settling for a few days after a month closes, so expect small movement against anything you screenshotted earlier. Every report is stamped with the date it was pulled.
