Refund Policy

This page sits alongside our Terms of Sale. Where the two cover the same thing, they say the same thing.

The Instagram reports

This covers the free Instagram check, the Instagram Health Check and the Instagram Action Plan.

Before you connect your account, you can cancel for a full refund. Nothing has been supplied until we pull your data, so just email hello@fadeogunro.com and we will refund you.

Once you have connected and we have pulled your data, we have started. At that point the automatic 14 day right to change your mind has ended, because you asked us to start straight away when you ticked the box at checkout. Section 8 of the Terms of Sale explains that in full.

We still refund you in full if:

• we cannot produce your report at all, for any reason on our side;
• your account turns out not to qualify, so no report can be built;
• your account is represented by The Fade Agency, in which case you are already covered and should not be buying this;
• what we send you is faulty, substantially different from what the page described, or does not arrive.

We do not refund because you did not like what the report said, because you changed your mind after the report was delivered, or if you never connected your account and never replied to the emails we sent about it, more than 30 days after your order.

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, normally within 5 working days of us agreeing them.

Digital guides

Due to the instant, digital nature of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download has been accessed, except where a genuine technical fault prevented access and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, or the product was significantly not as described. If either applies, contact hello@fadeogunro.com within 14 days of purchase.

The Personal Brand Audit (1:1 call)

Cancellations or reschedule requests made more than 48 hours before the scheduled call receive a full refund or free reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, though one reschedule is offered as a courtesy. No-shows are non-refundable.

Anything else

Nothing on this page takes away your legal rights if something we sold you is faulty, not as described, or not what you paid for. If you think that has happened, email hello@fadeogunro.com and tell us what went wrong. We would rather fix it than argue about it.
